I just finished reading an article in the New Yorker where one of their writers attempts to create a meal from within NYC&#039; s&quot;foodshed&quot; (available food within the city&#039;s limits).  He tells of learning how to forage in Central Park, and learns that there are people keeping bees on rooftops, and raising chickens right in the city.  Amazing.</description>
