		<description>Some of the best dishes are made out of left overs....bread pudding comes to mind.  Soup is another.    My dad makes a soup we call &quot;Waste King Soup&quot; (as in Waste King garbage disposals).  Instead of throwing leftovers into the disposal, throw it into a soup pot.   Freezing leftovers is another thing.  Maybe you don&#039;t want to eat that pot roast 6 days in a row, so freeze it have it a couple of weeks later.   

Now, I just need to practice what I preach.</description>
